Registration is now closed. Attendees may register on-site at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Hall C lobby, starting at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, October 17 (rates below). The one-day registrations fees do not increase for on-site registrations.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions are allowed with the written authorization of the registrant who is unable to attend. Bring written authorization to the on-site registration counter, complete a registration form and submit to the ASTC staff to complete your registration.
Cancellation/refund policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received at ASTC on or before September 1 are entitled to a full refund of registration and event fees. Cancellations received September 2–23 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee on registration and events. No refunds will be granted after September 23.
Badge Pick-up: Badge and conference materials should be picked up at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Hall C lobby, during the following hours:
